Cheap Broadband with Landline

MTNL is offering one of the Cheapest (Low cost) broadband plans with a landline at Rs.398/- per month in Delhi with 25 Gb Fair Usage Limit at 2Mbps (up to 8Mbps), Unlimited Local calls to any network. This is way better than MTNL's normal lowest 699 plan and Airtel's 899 plan. This offer is available permanently now.

Airtel has a low cost broadband Rs.599/- Retention plan which allows 50 Gb of data at 8Mbps after which speed drops to 1Mbps. This also has unlimited calls to any network like in the 899 plan. Call Airtel Customer care to switch to this plan to save on your monthly bill. It is NOT mentioned on their website nor do they advertise this.

Registration of Prefernance / Change of Preferance / De-registration

Through Voice Call
Call 1909 for Registration of Preferance / Change of Preferance / De-Registration.

Through SMS

  • For Registration of Preferences,  send SMS in the format "START <option(s)>" to 1909
    E.g. To receive SMSs from option "Real Estate" send SMS in the format "START 2" to 1909
  • For change of Preferences,  send SMS in the format "STOP <option(s)>" to 1909 to stop the existing options and "START <option(s)>" to 1909
    E.g. To receive SMSs from option "Real Estate" send SMS in the format "START 2" to 1909
  • For De-Registration, send SMS in the format "STOP" to 1909
  • Customers can choose to receive SMSs from multiple options
    E.g. To receive SMSs from option 'Education' and 'Health' send SMS in the format "START 3,4" to 1909
  • If "0" is sent with any other option(s), it will be treated as "Fully Blocked" preferance.
    E.g. "START 0,2,3" to 1909, shall be considered as fully blocked option.
  • Customer already registered in NDNC need not re-register.

  • Fully Blocked Category (No Telemarketing Call / SMS)
  • Partially Blocked Category
