Cheap Broadband with Landline

MTNL is offering one of the Cheapest (Low cost) broadband plans with a landline at Rs.398/- per month in Delhi with 25 Gb Fair Usage Limit at 2Mbps (up to 8Mbps), Unlimited Local calls to any network. This is way better than MTNL's normal lowest 699 plan and Airtel's 899 plan. This offer is available permanently now.

Airtel has a low cost broadband Rs.599/- Retention plan which allows 50 Gb of data at 8Mbps after which speed drops to 1Mbps. This also has unlimited calls to any network like in the 899 plan. Call Airtel Customer care to switch to this plan to save on your monthly bill. It is NOT mentioned on their website nor do they advertise this.

Don't get cheated by Emails / SMSs / Calls / Fake Credit Cards / Lottery wins promising you MONEY


They are fake, howsoever “official” or attractive they may appear.
No Bank, Public body or RBI sends such Emails / SMSes / Makes call to members of public.


  • DO NOT send any money to anyone in the hope of getting huge sum of money in return.
  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) does not keep any money for any individual / entity / trusts ; nor does it maintain any such accounts.
  • Never give the user id / password of your bank account / PIN of your credit / debit card to anyone.
  • Do not allow anyone to use your bank account or credit / debit card.
  • Immediately inform Police / Cyber Crime authorities upon receiving such email / phone call.
  • No one can help you get your money back from fraudsters.

  • Do NOT ever give your Original Insurance policy to anyone.
  • Check the ID card of the person to whom you give insurance premium cheque. Only interact with Insurance company employees or authorized agents.

We request all of you to tell you friends, relatives these important tips and precautions with the number of thefts and frauds happening all around, especially in Delhi and North India.

  • DO NOT keep cash & jewellery at home.
  • DO NOT EVER pay any cash to anybody in ADVANCE for getting any work done.
  • Never pay any money in advance to any middlemen. You will never get it back.
  • Keep your laptop with you when you are traveling in a car. Even if it gets punctured, either keep laptop on your shoulder or DO NOT get down from the car without it. Keep the car locked when you get down else your laptop will get stolen. Somebody will come to ask you whereabouts to distract you while another person will steal the laptop.
  • Submit all cash yourself in bank.
  • Invest in property after due diligence. DO NOT invest in unknown companies, small companies with no track record.
  • DO NOT ever give any money to property dealer, only give to property owner.
  • Don't change your domestic help frequently. Do NOT show them your money or jewellery. Do Police Verification of your domestic help, drivers etc.
  • DO NOT invest in unknown travel companies, holiday companies, time shares, teak plantation companies (agriculture income) etc.
  • Carry less cash in your purse.
  • Don't lend money to people you make friends on Social network sites like Facebook etc. Whatever promises they might have made to you including a promise to marry etc.
