If you want to meet the Chief Minister of Delhi, he holds a Janta Darbar on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday every week at his residence
6, Flagstaff Road, Civil Lines, Delhi from 9.30-11 AM*. Here are some more details provided by our friend who went to meet the CM to help you prepare yourself better.

  • Pens are not allowed inside Janta Darbar.
  • The queues are not long. Meeting timings are Wed-Thu-Friday (1 Apr to 31 October: Summers) - 9am to 11am and (1 Nov to 31 March: Winters): 9:30am to 11:30am
  • You'll be directed to a table chaired by an assistant based on your subject.
  • You have to convince the assistant at the table why a meeting is necessary. He will let you meet the CM only if he thinks what you want to discuss requires a direct meeting with the CM.
  • If s/he is convinced, then you are directed to meet CM's personal secretary, Gopal Mohan. It is Gopal Mohan who will see your case again and then you will be taken to meet the CM, if he is available.
  • Otherwise, you'll get an automated response from http://pgms.delhi.gov.in as your complaint will be submitted online right there by their staff. For this you really don't have to go to Janta Darbar. You can do this online even by yourself.

Please feel free to contact them and discuss your local issues, grievances etc.

*We suggest you call and confirm their timing as some MLAs don't seem to be following this schedule now a days. Their work load & responsibilities have changed over time. You might have some difficulty in trying to reach on their numbers also.
